Best appliance repair PPC agency 2026

Best Appliance Repair PPC Agency 2026

Paid search is the fastest way to fill an appliance repair diary and the fastest way to burn a small one, because the ticket is low and the competition includes national warranty networks with far deeper pockets. These ten agencies were assessed only on paid: account structure, Local Services Ads, call handling and what happens to the enquiries after the click.

Disclosure: Local Business Marketing publishes this page and is included at #2. We placed ourselves by the same criteria applied to every agency and flag it openly. No agency can pay to be included or ranked.

How we evaluated

Every agency on this page was weighed against the same six paid-search criteria.

  • Local Services Ads capability, since appliance repair is an eligible Google Screened category
  • Whether campaigns are structured by appliance and fault or lumped into one catch-all
  • Call tracking, because this trade converts by phone and often outside business hours
  • Negative keyword discipline, which is where a low-ticket trade wins or loses
  • Published pricing, or at least a defensible management fee against a small budget
  • Whether you keep the ad account when you leave

None of the competing agencies on this page markets itself specifically to appliance repair. They are verified multi-trade and home-services agencies, and we describe them as such rather than implying a specialism they do not claim.

The ranked list

Ten agencies, re-ranked for paid search, where the order looks different because most generalists treat PPC as an add-on.

1Blue Corona

Best for: Home-services contractors that want lead attribution taken seriously

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Pricing: Custom

Services: SEO, PPC, Local Services Ads management, web design, call tracking

Strengths: Deep call-tracking and attribution focus, and clients keep ownership of their assets

Considerations: Mid-merger into RYNO Strategic Solutions, and no published pricing

2Local Business Marketing

Best for: Appliance repair businesses that want paid search run by people who worked at Google Ads

Location: Global agency, headquartered in Australia with account managers based in the USA, Canada and UK

Pricing: Fixed monthly, no lock-in

Services: Google Ads, Local Services Ads, local SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, email and cold-email outreach

Strengths: Ex-Google Ads specialists with over $3.72M in managed spend, structuring campaigns by appliance and fault, running Local Services Ads where the category qualifies, and optimising to cost per booked repair rather than cost per click, which is the only number that works on a sub-$300 ticket

Considerations: A 10-person team by choice, so we take a limited number of clients at a time

3Hook Agency

Best for: Growth-stage contractors ready to commit real monthly budget

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pricing: Local SEO from $2,800/mo

Services: Google-channel SEO, PPC, websites

Strengths: Fully itemized public pricing, which almost nobody in this category offers

Considerations: Google channels only, with no social or video, and priced above a single-van operation

4Mr. Pipeline

Best for: Established small businesses that want a boutique team, not an account rotation

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Pricing: Local PPC from $345/mo plus ad spend

Services: PPC, SEO, web design, Facebook ads, review software

Strengths: Publishes starting prices and deliberately caps how many clients it takes

Considerations: Small by choice, and it explicitly declines startups

5WebFX

Best for: Larger operators wanting one vendor for every channel

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Pricing: From $575/mo

Services: SEO, PPC, web design, content, social, reputation, RevenueCloudFX reporting

Strengths: Scale, and proprietary attribution reporting that ties spend back to revenue

Considerations: Enterprise-shaped: the published rate covers local SEO, most other services are custom-quoted

6Rival Digital

Best for: Contractors wanting an agency that works only in home services

Location: Chesapeake, VA

Pricing: Custom

Services: Web design, local and organic SEO, Local Services Ads management, PPC, digital PR, email

Strengths: A stated 100 percent home-services focus rather than a vertical page bolted on

Considerations: Founded in 2020 with a smaller team, and no published pricing

7Thrive Internet Marketing Agency

Best for: Businesses wanting a large multi-sector agency with a home-services practice

Location: Arlington, TX

Pricing: Custom

Services: SEO, PPC, social, web design, reputation, content, CRO

Strengths: Broad footprint across 25 city offices, operating since 2005

Considerations: A large generalist, so the trade knowledge depends on which team you land with

8The AD Leaf Marketing Firm

Best for: Local businesses that still want traditional media alongside digital

Location: Orlando, FL

Pricing: Custom

Services: SEO, PPC, social, web development, video, PR, direct mail

Strengths: In-house digital plus traditional channels under one roof

Considerations: A general local agency rather than a home-services specialist, and no published pricing

9Footbridge Media

Best for: Small shops that want a low-commitment starting point

Location: Pensacola, FL

Pricing: From $249/mo

Services: Websites, local SEO, Google Business Profile, content, review automation, CRM, Google Ads

Strengths: Transparent flat pricing published since 2004, and no contract

Considerations: Flat-fee and templated by design, which gets thin once you run several vans

10Contractor Rhino

Best for: Multi-trade contractors wanting back-office help alongside marketing

Location: Not publicly listed

Pricing: Custom

Services: Web design, SEO and SEM, paid ads, social, content, email, bookkeeping

Strengths: An unusually broad add-on menu that extends past marketing into bookkeeping

Considerations: No HQ, pricing or founding year published anywhere on the site

How to choose, by where you are now

On a low ticket, paid search is won by exclusion and by answering the phone, not by bidding higher.

Owner-operator, one or two vans

Local Business Marketing is the strongest fit and the one agency here built around appliance repair: campaigns split by appliance and fault, Local Services Ads set up where you qualify, and the after-hours call window handled, all on fixed monthly pricing rather than a percentage of a budget you cannot afford to grow.

Three to ten vans, scaling

Blue Corona manages Local Services Ads alongside paid search and is unusually focused on call attribution, which is what stops a growing account wasting spend on calls nobody answered.

Regional or multi-location

WebFX and Thrive can run paid across many markets at once, with the reporting layers a multi-location operation needs.

Tight budget, want to start somewhere

Mr. Pipeline publishes local PPC from $345 a month plus ad spend and caps its client roster, which is a reasonable entry point if you want a small team rather than a packaged product.

Questions buyers ask

Do appliance repair companies qualify for Local Services Ads?

Yes. Appliance repair is an explicit Local Services Ads category and Google describes the professional as someone who works on maintenance, repair and installation of appliances. Note that Google has begun migrating Local Services Ads into Performance Max pay-per-lead campaigns from August 2026, so ask any agency how they are handling that transition.

What does appliance repair PPC cost to manage?

Published management fees on this page start at $345 a month plus ad spend, with Google-channel PPC from $2,000 a month at the upper end. Most quote custom. On a ticket averaging under $300, the management fee plus the ad spend has to be justified against booked repairs, not leads.

Why is my cost per lead so high?

Usually because the account is one catch-all campaign rather than split by appliance and fault, so refrigerator jobs subsidise searches you cannot service, and because there is no negative keyword work filtering out parts buyers, DIY searchers and out-of-area clicks. Both are fixable without raising budget.

Should I run ads at night?

Often yes, but only if the calls get answered. Emergency home-service searching peaks between 6pm and midnight, which is when small shops are least staffed. Buying clicks into an unanswered phone is the most expensive mistake in this trade.

Do these agencies specialise in appliance repair?

No, and we will not imply otherwise. None of the nine competing agencies on this page markets itself to appliance repair specifically. They are credible multi-trade and home-services agencies whose paid-search work transfers. Local Business Marketing is the exception, and we disclose that we publish the page.
