At a local business event, the owner got talking with a few realtors and property managers and walked away with 3 referral jobs, without even trying.

A homeowner is one booking. A property manager is a pipeline.

Those 3 referrals weren't a fluke, they were a signal. A homeowner books a cleaning once and might never call again. A property manager handles properties all year round, and every listing or turnover needs cleaning on a deadline. The event proved the demand existed. My job was to build a way to find more of these relationships on purpose.
